PE non-excavated pipe
PE casing (also known as PE solid wall pipe or PE trenchless pipe) is made of polyethylene resin as the main raw material, added with appropriate additives, and processed by extrusion. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, high strength, easy bending, and convenient construction. It can be widely used in the sheathed pipe system of outdoor communication cables and optical cables, including interoffice trunk pipes, feeder pipes, distribution pipes, special network pipes and specially specified long-distance communication pipes. It has strong applicability and is suitable for laying cables, wires and many other cables.
Excellent physical properties are produced from high-quality polyethylene raw materials. It has good rigidity, strength and flexibility. Both socket connection and hot-melt connection can be used. The construction is simple and convenient, which is conducive to pipeline installation.
Corrosion resistance, long service life. In coastal areas, the groundwater level is high and the land humidity is high. The use of metal or other pipes must be anti-corrosion, and the service life is generally only 30 years, while PE pipes can withstand a variety of chemical media, and are not affected by soil corrosion.
Good toughness and deflection. PE pipe is a kind of high toughness pipe, its elongation at break is more than 500%. It has strong adaptability to uneven ground settlement and dislocation of the foundation. Good seismic resistance. Small diameter pipes can be bent at will.
The pipe wall is smooth, the friction coefficient is small, the cable threading is easy, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction cost is low.
Good electrical insulation performance, long service life (more than 50 years of buried pipe life), durable, safe and reliable line operation. Light weight, convenient for maintenance, installation, construction and maintenance, easy for transportation and operation.
Small diameter pipes can be coiled, with long pipe section, few joints and easy installation.

Excellent impact resistance at low temperature. The low temperature embrittlement temperature of PE is extremely low, and it can be safely used in the temperature range of - 20~60 ℃. Due to the good impact of materials during winter construction, there will be no pipe brittle crack.
Good wear resistance. Compared with other metal pipes, the wear resistance of PE pipe is 4 times that of metal pipe.
Various new construction methods. In addition to the traditional excavation method, PE pipes can also be constructed by a variety of new trenchless technologies, such as pipe jacking, lining, pipe cracking, etc. This is the only choice for some places where excavation is not allowed. This product is a special line product vigorously promoted by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China. It is applicable to posts and telecommunications, power and other projects, and can provide special length according to user requirements.
