Henan Taizhou-Huizhou Expressway, namely Taiqian-Huixian Expressway, No. S26, is an important inter-provincial channel connecting Henan and Shandong provinces. After the completion of the project, it will open another inter-provincial exit from Henan Province to the coast of Shandong Province, forming the shortest fast passage from northern Henan and eastern Shanxi to Shandong. The project is located in Puyang City, Henan Province, starting from the boundary of Henan Province and Shandong Province in the east and connecting Puyang-Fanxian Expressway in the west. The total length of the route is 37.6 kilometers. It is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway. The estimated investment is 3.93 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed and opened to traffic in 2020.
